This is a space where you can experience the practice through your own body and energy, become acquainted with its essence, and feel my way of teaching. No obligation. No prior knowledge required. Only you and your personal experience.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS
Because of the layered and comprehensive nature of the Bereginja Practice, my work is mainly structured as online workshops.
The advantages of online workshops are obvious. First of all, we can join and practice together no matter where we are on planet Earth. We connect from our own personal space, which allows for deeper focus and greater attention to ourselves. The possibility of recordings gives us the opportunity—if we are unable to attend at a specific time—to do our practice later, in our own rhythm and pace of work and development. It also allows us to return to the recordings as many times as we wish because, so to speak, they never become outdated—there is always something new to learn.

THE PERSONAL SEQUANCE READING
The Personal Sequence Reading is included in the Level 1 Program of Dance of the Bereginya School.
It consists of one individual online session lasting one hour. To calculate your Personal Sequence, your exact date, time, and place of birth are required. Based on this information, you receive the calculation of your Main Bereginja, your challenge, and your remedy. You also receive a supportive sequence connected to the energy centers—the chakras. All of this offers you the opportunity to see yourself more clearly, recognize your gifts, and understand your role within your family system. You will learn how these energies manifest when they are “in balance” and when they are “out of balance,” and how to restore harmony. The Reading can also be arranged outside of the Level 1 program, but only during periods when group online workshops of the School of the Dance of the Bereginyas are not being held.
WOMEN CIRCLES
There is no stronger force than when women stand in a circle together when they hold hands and flow as one in a closed circle. The vortex of energy that is created, supported by the practice of Bereginyas, then becomes many times stronger and more powerful. And the shared intentions in the circle of sisterhood’s trust continue to act on subtle energetic levels long after the sacred space in which they met has been closed.
I hold women’s circles periodically in the Istria region and in Zagreb, in collaboration with various spaces and yoga studios.
A special place in my heart is held by the women’s circles called ISTRIAN BEREGINYAS – my gift to women and nature. These women’s circles take place at powerful energetic locations in Istria. The whole idea was born out of my love for Istria and my desire to share my practice in nature with other women, while together supporting Mother Earth and her beauty.
Since 2023, we have begun gathering once a month during the warm days of the year, and so far we have practiced Bereginyas at Monkodonja, Cape Kamenjak, Mordele, in Golden Cape in Rovinj Forest, singing to the sea, meditating by waterfalls, dancing, and greeting the Sun, embodying the strong energy of these landscapes.
BEREGINYA RETREAT
It represents the possibility to connect practice and the power of community. Knowledge, inspiration, and revitalization. The learning of the practice takes place directly at the source, in nature itself. Bereginyas are the Forces of Nature, and their greatest and strongest support comes precisely near rivers, seas, waterfalls, and lakes, in forests and quarries, meadows and caves…
Wherever a Bereginya Retreat is created, it represents an opportunity for women to come together for several days or a longer period in one place and create a sacred space and center of power. Through the synergy of the group, they connect through the Bereginyas practice, offering each other support, understanding, and love. And after that, each of them takes the accumulated experience and spreads the multiplied love in their own way.
