Even though I didn\u2019t yet know what the practice was, nor who the Bereginyas were\u2026<\/p>\n I felt the call of something ancient that was profoundly important for my life path. After coming into contact with the foundations of this knowledge, I continued on with independent practice every day \u2014 deeply and devotedly.<\/p>\n Through independent engagement with the practice, I came into contact with the opening of a vast informational field of knowledge, genetic potentials, insights, and benefits.<\/p>\n From the very first day, I was accompanied by a feeling of indescribably strong spiritual support, and that what I had been searching for throughout my life was finally here. Although I did not immediately understand how to work with all of it, the knot of understanding gradually unraveled over the years \u2014 organically and in proportion to my capacities.<\/p>\n As someone who passionately loves dance and expression through movement, I had always felt that bodily movements carry a specific spiritual language and meaning.<\/p>\n However, among the various forms of dance I practiced, I could not find complete answers. Until the Practice of Bereginyas.<\/p>\n This practice brought me confirmation that the language of sacred meanings expressed through body positions and movements truly exists \u2014 and that it is of great importance for us to learn and practice it. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.9.7″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.10″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Open Sans||||||||” text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”1.9em” custom_margin=”||4px|||” custom_padding=”||33px|||” text_font_size_tablet=”17px” text_font_size_phone=”16px” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” text_line_height_tablet=”” text_line_height_phone=”1.8em” text_line_height_last_edited=”on|desktop”]<\/p>\n <\/span>Guided by deep gratitude for finally finding what I had been seeking, every day I eagerly found time for practice, which sometimes lasted as long as 4\u20135 hours. The more love and presence I poured into the practice and into my connection with the Bereginyas, the more they brought me healing, strength, clarity, and positive changes in my life.<\/p>\n Although I practiced Bereginyas gradually and mostly in a meditative way, like a prayer in movement, from the very beginning I had a vision that one day I would dance all of these movements and create the Sacred Dances of Bereginja.<\/p>\n As time passed and I continued to mature, learning to listen to the Bereginja and their guidance, the calling that had been within me from the very start became clear \u2014 to share this practice with other women. <\/span><\/p>\n For the first year and a half, I practiced only for myself, \u201clistening to my own story.\u201d<\/p>\n And when what I had integrated began to overflow, I slowly took small steps into holding workshops, trainings, and readings of the Slavic horoscope for other women.<\/p>\n It was a beginning that, through great love and dedication, over five years led to the creation of the Bereginja Dance School \u2014 a comprehensive program of practice, Slavic horoscope, and sacred dances. <\/span><\/p>\n I witness the natural birth of a systematic way of acquiring and transmitting knowledge through work and experience, as well as the rapid expansion of the practice itself. Also, on my father\u2019s initiative, at just 5 years old I attended my very first yoga class, a practice I have continued throughout my life in many different forms and applications.<\/p>\n Knowledge of yoga has great significance for the field I work in today. Alongside music and yoga, my father also introduced me to the world of spirituality when, as a small child of 4\u20135 years old, I once found him meditating. Curious, I asked him what he was doing, and he answered me very patiently, in a way appropriate to my age. That was when I received my first small lesson in bioenergy and developed a sense of trust that we are more than just a physical body. <\/span><\/p>\n While growing up, I enjoyed reading books from his shelves, which were filled mostly with works by Castaneda, Ramana Maharshi, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Krishnamurti, and others. The spiritual path thus became a path of safety for me, thanks to that caring moment from childhood, as well as its continued nurturing through my own later curious exploration of many different fields. <\/span><\/p>\n I graduated from the Music Academy in Novi Sad, majoring in piano. As a lover of music, but also in search of freer forms of expression after completing my studies, I began working with children as an animator and organizer of children\u2019s celebrations and festivals. Ten years of work in this field brought me many valuable experiences, not only with children but also with adults. <\/span><\/p>\n Parallel to this, since 2011 I have been developing my talent for dance and exploring a wide range of movement practices \u2014 from intuitive dance and dance with props (dance wings, fire props\u2026), all the way to aerial acrobatic dance (Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock). <\/span>In this field as well, I developed myself both as a performer and as an instructor of aerial skills.<\/span><\/p>\n However, as I have felt since childhood the need to nurture my spiritual potential as well, in the autumn of 2018 I finally encountered the Bereginya Practice for the first time. It brought together everything I had been searching for, above all the union of dance and spirituality. <\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.9.7″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_video src=”https:\/\/youtu.be\/Kl3w2EfQgdU” module_class=” lwp-video-autoplay” _builder_version=”4.9.7″ _module_preset=”default”][\/et_pb_video][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.7″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Open Sans||||||||” text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”1.9em” text_font_size_tablet=”17px” text_font_size_phone=”16px” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” text_line_height_tablet=”” text_line_height_phone=”1.8em” text_line_height_last_edited=”on|desktop”]<\/p>\n Here I found both a form and a tool for expressing my free spirit, as well as a strong calling to contribute \u2014 through this practice \u2014 to other women on their paths of self-discovery, personal development, <\/span>and collective healing between the feminine and masculine principles.<\/p>\n Since then, I have dedicated my entire life to this practice \u2014 to researching and teaching Dance of the Bereginya, the sacred dance of the Slavic Wizardesses.<\/span><\/p>\n Alongside Bereginyas<\/span>, since 2021 I have continued my work with music through playing Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and intuitive singing.
